Trimble, TN 38259 United States of America (USA or U.S.A.) is the northern-most city in Dyer County,
Tennessee, located in West Tennessee adjacent
to the Mississippi River. Trimble is at the intersection of U.S. Highway 51, Tennessee State Route 105,
and Tennessee State Route 89. The population is less than 1000, however the city has its own Post Office,
Elementary School, Municipal Utility District, Museum/Library, numerous churches, community center and park, City Hall, and Police Department, in addition to several
businesses. At this point, Trimble is possibly most notable for the historic covered bridge which was
relocated from a remote location outside of town to Parks Plaza or the city's main street area. Trimble was
founded in 1873.
